Why bathrooms only
One room, done carefully
Bathrooms pack a lot into a small footprint: supply and drain lines, electrical near water, ventilation, waterproofing, tile, glass, cabinetry and stone. Get one of those wrong and the room can look finished while quietly failing behind the wall.
Staying with bathrooms means our planning, our selections and our site routine are built around that one kind of project. We think it makes for fewer surprises and better-looking rooms, and it means the questions you ask us are ones we deal with every week.
We work on homes across Tampa and nearby communities, from older houses in South Tampa to newer builds in Riverview and Wesley Chapel.
How we work
What you can expect from us
These are working habits, not slogans. Ask us about any of them at the consultation.
- We measure before we recommend
- Layout ideas are checked against the actual room: door swings, clearances in front of the toilet and vanity, window positions, where the drain is and whether the floor is slab or framed.
- We explain the hidden work
- Waterproofing, blocking for grab bars and glass, fan ducting and substrate prep don’t show in the finished photos. We’ll tell you what we plan to do and why, so you can compare proposals fairly.
- We put scope in writing
- Your proposal lists what is included and what isn’t, with allowances or selections clearly identified. Anything we can’t know until walls are open is named as a possible change, not left as a surprise.
- We keep you informed during the build
- You’ll know what’s happening each stage of the project and who to contact with questions. If something unexpected turns up behind the tile, you hear about it before decisions are made.
- We respect the house
- Floors and paths are protected, dust is contained as far as a remodel allows, and the work area is left tidy at the end of the day.
Design approach
Warm, practical, and easy to live with
We like bathrooms that feel calm and are easy to clean: fewer grout lines where water sits, storage that swallows the daily clutter, lighting that flatters a face at the mirror, and materials that stay good-looking in a humid climate.
That doesn’t mean one style. A 1950s bungalow bath and a new-build primary suite call for different answers, and your taste matters more than ours. What we bring is the knowledge of which choices hold up, and which ones cost more than they’re worth.
